Most organizations are always in a fire-fighting mode.
Either they are always racing against time to complete a project or they are dousing a problem which erupts without warning.
When you are running to stay in the same place, all organizations are guilty of misallocating their super star talents.
They are taken away from their core areas and put in unrelated areas just to restore normalcy.
