Admittedly a major part of our work is monotonous and repetitive and it is hard to keep ourselves motivated amidst drudgery.
Here is an excellent suggestion.
"You're always going to be demotivated by the drudgery. The only thing keeping you motivated is the reason you are doing it ... carry that reason around. Put it in your pocket."
