Why should an employer care about what job seekers think?

All employers need to establish themselves as employee centric to the job seekers. This will enable them to attract, recruit and retain quality talent.


Employers can establish the fact that they are employee centric if they realize that attracting, recruiting and retaining quality talent is “not a process- but a relationship”.


Improved Experience suggests that this can be and should be established at every contact with the job seekers by being transparent in their communication with them, “because it sends the message that you're listening and you want to earn the respect of those you employ. Transparency builds trust - and isn't that what great relationships are made of?”
