Read a good post in it regarding the best companies to work for in US.

Amidst all the relevant details he falls into the same trap as the Business Papers and Journals.

He quotes a couple of best practices. One company hands out a subsidy for buying a hybrid car and another facilitates an onsite haircut.

Got provoked enough to leave a comment.

Have you noticed the same thing happens when there is a report on any best company to work, it always starts at the food court and invariably it’s around 11 a.m.?

These facilities are not what make a good company great.

I think it’s more out of necessity to make the post or a report sensational.
