It seems a coincidence.
But I think if you delve deeper you will understand why.
Look at it this way.
Who is your best employee ?
Simply put, your best employee is one who is motivated, has a sense of purpose (plan),and willing to go the extra mile to do what needs to be done.
So a company which provides the motivation, sense of purpose and the reason to go the extra mile and gives the employee the reason to accomplish is obviously going to be the best company to work for.
And if your company provides him all these obviously your company is going to be successful.
